- Early Author Registration Deadline: May 31, 2024
- Each Author Registration is valid for TWO paper submissions.
- Every paper must be associated with one full non-student registration by an author/co-author of the paper. An author may register one additional paper in which he/she is an author/co-author at no additional charge.

If you are an Author from a Low-Income Country (as defined and identified with an asterisk by IEEE here), you are eligible for a 50% registration discount for full conference registrations. Please contact secretariat@cosera2024.com with your passport information to take advantage of this discount.
Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by June 30, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of 100€ deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address secretariat@cosera2024.com no later than June 30, 2024.
