Museo do Pobo Galego (Museum of the Galician People)

The old Convent of Santo Domingo de Bonaval, located on a hill on the outskirts of the historic city, next to the path used by pilgrims to enter Compostela, currently houses the Museo do Pobo Galego (Museum of the Galician People), which, Through a wide and varied collection of pieces, it offers a panorama of the most representative expressions of Galician culture itself. Its permanent rooms showcase different aspects of coastal life, traditional crafts, country, traditional customs and architecture. It also includes sections on Galician archaeology, painting and sculpture.

The congress sessions will take place in its auditorium.
